About
I'm Shosh Shetty — an investor, angel and builder of investment communities, based in the UK and working globally. As CEO of Thim Ventures I spend my days backing early-stage founders and the ideas quietly reshaping technology. But this page isn't about a firm. It's about the work I care about most.
Over the years I've learned that capital is the easy part. The harder, more valuable work is judgement — knowing which emerging technologies are signal and which are noise, and which founders have the resolve to see a difficult thing through. I've spent my career sharpening that judgement and, just as importantly, sharing it openly.
Whether I'm on a stage, on a panel, or across a table from a founder at 8am, my aim is the same: to make the investment ecosystem more open, more honest and more connected.
